Therapy Grounded in Empathy, Connection, and Growth
🌿 About Me
Hi, I’m Jamie — a licensed therapist dedicated to supporting individuals through the deeply personal and often complex journey of creating a family.
Whether you’re trying to conceive, navigating infertility, pregnant, or adjusting to life postpartum, this season can bring a mix of hope, grief, joy, and overwhelm — sometimes all at once. It’s a chapter of life that isn’t talked about enough, yet carries so much emotional weight. You don’t have to hold all of that on your own.
My work is rooted in creating a space where you feel seen, understood, and supported without judgment. I take a compassionate, person-centered approach, meeting you exactly where you are. Together, we’ll gently explore the thoughts, emotions, and experiences that may feel heavy or isolating, while building tools to help you feel more grounded, supported, and connected to yourself.
I integrate trauma-informed care and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help you make sense of what you’re going through and find ways to move forward with more clarity and self-compassion. Whether you’re lying awake at night searching for answers, feeling overwhelmed by the unknown, or struggling to adjust to the changes motherhood brings — therapy can be a place to exhale.
This journey can feel lonely at times, but it doesn’t have to be.
