What can I expect in our first session?
The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. You’ll share what’s been going on, and I’ll ask some questions to understand your goals. Together, we’ll decide how therapy can best support you.
Do you offer online therapy?
Yes! I provide secure telehealth sessions for clients across California. Many clients appreciate the flexibility and comfort of virtual therapy.
How long does therapy take?
Every person’s journey is unique. Some clients work with me for a few months to build specific coping tools; others stay longer for ongoing personal growth. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.
Do you accept insurance?
I currently accept several insurance plans, including Kaiser NorCal, Aetna, Anthem, Carelon, and Cigna, and I’m in the process of getting credentialed with a few additional panels. If you have questions about whether I will be accepting your specific plan, please don’t hesitate to reach out—I’m happy to provide updates as they become available.
What if I’m not sure therapy is right for me?
That’s completely okay. The first step can feel intimidating. I offer a free 15-minute consultation so you can see if we’re a good fit — no pressure at all.
